Role: Development Services Coordinator

The Development Services Coordinator will provide project due diligence, public and private sector plan review, and permitting services. Reporting to Stephanie Merdan, the Development Services Team Lead, you will work across various projects and teams.

Essential Duties

• Conduct detailed project due diligence, research, and documentation.
• Develop strategies to secure project approvals.
• Prepare plan review, permit packages, schedules, and presentation materials.
• Coordinate pre-application meetings and act as liaison with agencies.
• Draft and submit permit applications with supporting narratives.
• Streamline review processes and maintain accurate records.
• Participate in client meetings, public engagements, and presentations.
• Pursue new business opportunities via professional networks.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with strong investigative skills.
• Experience in design, project management, or public engagement.
• Understanding of planning, zoning ordinances, and land development.
• Familiarity with municipal and state permitting processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, OneNote, BlueBeam, and ESRI ArcGIS.
