Our software helps clients build lasting, trust-based relationships and positively impact communities, local economies, and the environment.

We are seeking a Business Analyst to work closely with our Projects Director and Account Directors. This role is responsible for implementing Boréalis software for our diverse client base.

We are looking for individuals who:

  • Are creative, organised, and not afraid to take the lead!

Responsibilities

As a Business Analyst, your key responsibilities will include managing Boréalis implementation projects:

  • Assess and understand clients' business objectives.
  • Identify and collect customer requirements, then map their business processes.

  • Manipulate and organize data, and prepare imports in case of data migration.
  • Maintain project statuses to reflect implementation progress and keep managers and clients informed.
  • Identify risks and issues around projects and implement mitigation solutions.

You will also identify and integrate innovative, solution-oriented approaches:

  • Suggest sound workarounds tailored to client contexts to meet agreed service levels.
  • Maintain implementation projects' progress within budget and on time.

Furthermore, you will develop and maintain a relationship of trust between customers and Boréalis, engaging with clients on topics that help Boréalis grow its roots. You will also develop an in-depth understanding of Boréalis over time and help develop and maintain a continuous improvement approach to everyday issues.
