About the Role
Ironwear, a safety solution provider with 30+ years of experience, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager. This role focuses on driving revenue growth and managing a regional sales team within the PPE and safety equipment market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire sales representatives to achieve goals.
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
- Foster strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Analyze sales metrics and report performance to senior management.

Qualifications & Skills
