About the Role

Ironwear, a safety solution provider with 30+ years of experience, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager. This role focuses on driving revenue growth and managing a regional sales team within the PPE and safety equipment market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire sales representatives to achieve goals.
  • Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
  • Foster strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Analyze sales metrics and report performance to senior management.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams on promotional efforts.
  • Represent Ironwear at industry events and trade shows.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 3+ years of successful sales experience in PPE or related industries.
  • Deep knowledge of the PPE and safety equipment market.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing sales strategies.
  • Outstanding leadership and team management skills.
  • Experience using CRM software and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field (preferred).
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
