About the Role
We are seeking a B2G Project Manager to collaborate in the execution of high-impact educational projects with corporate and governmental partners. You will manage each project autonomously, from planning to delivery, ensuring compliance with deadlines and budgets.
Key Service Functions:
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of B2G educational projects across multiple regions.
- Resource Coordination: Align internal teams and external collaborators (experts, instructors, students) for the correct execution of milestones.
- Third-Party Management: Oversee the onboarding and performance of external providers based on project needs.
- Quality Control: Monitor the satisfaction of various stakeholders (clients and students) throughout the project lifecycle.
- Objective Tracking: Supervise specifications, timelines, and budgets, ensuring delivery according to agreed objectives.
- Relationship Management: Act as a liaison with students to ensure operational success and facilitate training follow-up.
- Process Optimization: Develop and refine methodologies to improve efficiency in service delivery.
Your Profile
- Experience: Proven track record in B2G project management.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to autonomously manage multiple stakeholders and functions.
- Analysis and Control: Experience in budget tracking, KPI monitoring, and process improvement.
- Results Orientation: Comfortable managing project renewals and direct client interaction.
- Languages: Full professional proficiency in Spanish and English.
- Adaptability: Ability to provide services in multicultural environments.
