About the Gig

We are seeking a freelance Admissions Associate to join our Admissions team. In this role, you will select high-potential students and guide them towards careers as developers, data analysts, product designers, and cybersecurity professionals. This position is 100% remote and open to candidates located anywhere in LATAM.

Responsibilities

  • Inbound Lead Management: Respond to inquiries from prospective students via phone, email, and video call.
  • Consultative Sales: Counsel applicants through interviews by asking thoughtful questions and listening to career goals.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage your Admissions funnel using our CRM (Salesforce) with detailed records and follow-ups.
  • Sales Targets: Meet or exceed enrollment targets while maintaining high service levels.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with admissions and marketing teams to iterate processes and support projects like informational events and open houses.
  • Product Expertise: Become an expert on Ironhack courses and the coding bootcamp industry.
  • Innovation: Contribute additional sales and marketing ideas.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in sales, business development, admissions or similar role.
  • Goal-driven and KPI focused with a proven track record of achieving targets.
  • Fluency in Spanish and proficiency in English.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a confident, empathetic phone manner.
  • Tech savvy and comfortable using CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a plus).
  • Passionate about education and technology, thriving in a fast-paced startup environment with great autonomy.

Details

Start Date: As soon as possible. Hours: 15-20 hours per week with potential for more if workload increases. Timeline: Availability for at least 4-6 weeks. Working Hours: LATAM timezone Languages: Spanish (High level), English (Mid level).
