Position Summary
The Reports & Data Analyst role transforms data into actionable insights supporting decision-making across the organization. The position focuses on report generation, data trend analysis, automation of reporting processes, and business intelligence support.
Key Responsibilities
- Reporting & Dashboard: Design and maintain recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
- Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze operational, financial, and customer data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Data Management & Quality: Validate, clean, and manage data ensuring report accuracy.
- Process Improvement & Automation: Automate manual reporting tasks and optimize workflows.
Qualifications
2–4 years of experience in reporting, business intelligence, or data analysis with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker. Strong communication, analytical skills, and attention to detail are required. Experience in shared services or global support environments and familiarity with data warehouses is a plus.
