Sales Development Representative

At Iris Venture Builder, we drive the creation and growth of tech startups with global impact. We are leaders in building tech companies in cybersecurity, cloud, and data in Spain and Latin America, and we continue to grow.

We are looking to incorporate a Sales Development Representative who will become a key trusted figure, capable of managing both executive and customer service areas with excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Multi-channel outbound prospecting (LinkedIn, email, and calls).
  • Identification of decision-makers in IT, Digital, Innovation, and Data areas.
  • Deep research of target accounts (account-based mentality).
  • Lead qualification under a structured methodology (adaptable SPICED), with B2B knowledge.
  • Scheduling qualified meetings for the sales team.
  • Rigorous management of HubSpot (contacts, companies, deals, and properties).
  • Constant feedback to the team on sales narrative, objections, and market signals.
  • Organization and follow-up of executive meetings (preparation of materials, minutes, and follow-up).
  • Planning and coordination of corporate events (offsites, kick-offs, team buildings, presentations).
  • Administrative and documentation support (payments, expense control, basic reconciliations).
  • Follow-up on executive team account mapping and closing and generation of sales meetings.
  • Coordination of national and international travel.

Minimum Requirements

  • 3 years of solid experience as a Sales Development Representative in Inside Sales roles for tech startups - SDR / BDR in the tech sector.
  • Academic background: Higher education in Business Administration or similar.
  • Experience with HubSpot CRM, Lusha, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and sales of IT services or digital solutions (desirable).
  • Basic knowledge in data / AI.
  • Analytical ability and structured communication.
  • Intermediate English, Catalan. (not exclusionary).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Metrics-oriented mindset.
