About the Role
The Senior Vice President IT and Chief Data Officer at iRhythm Technologies, Inc. is a key enterprise leader responsible for shaping and executing the company’s data, analytics, and AI vision while ensuring a robust IT infrastructure.
Enterprise Data & AI Leadership
Lead and define data and AI strategies to support advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and AI/ML applications. Collaborate with Clinical, Commercial, R&D, and Product teams, develop self-service analytics, and serve as the executive advocate for data-driven innovation.
IT Strategy and Enterprise Architecture
Oversee corporate IT strategy including enterprise applications such as ERP, CRM, and HCM. Drive infrastructure modernization using cloud, automation, and AI operations while ensuring compliance with frameworks like SOX, HIPAA, and NIST.
Information Governance, Security & Compliance
Work with Legal, Compliance, and Security teams to enforce data integrity, privacy, and regulatory compliance. Manage audits, incident response initiatives, and vendor partnerships to balance innovation with risk mitigation.
Organizational Leadership
Build and mentor a world-class Data and IT team, fostering a high-performance culture that balances technical excellence with strategic business insight and ethical data practices.
