Job Description

About iRESTORE

iRESTORE is a fast-growing company dedicated to providing innovative solutions in the wellness and beauty space. Our mission is to restore confidence by providing safe and effective solutions for improving health and beauty. As we scale, we’re building a data-driven foundation to support smarter decisions across the business — and we’re looking for a talented Sr. Data Analyst to lead the way in shaping our data infrastructure.

About The Position

iRESTORE is seeking a sharp and impact-driven Sr. Data Analyst to support our Growth organization as a true strategic partner. This is not a reporting role. You will work directly with the Head of Data and the VP of Growth to influence the company’s most critical growth levers — revenue, contribution margin, acquisition efficiency, and forecasting accuracy. Your responsibility is to translate complex, raw datasets into clear, decisive insights that shape budget allocation, pricing strategy, refund optimization, and experimentation roadmaps. You will operate at the intersection of marketing performance and financial outcomes — thinking in contribution margin, CAC, LTV, payback windows, and trade-offs — not just dashboards and surface-level metrics. We’re looking for someone who understands that growth is not about traffic or ROAS in isolation, but about sustainable, profitable scaling. You should be equally comfortable building complex SQL models as you are challenging assumptions in executive discussions. Your analyses will directly impact how and where the company invests millions in marketing spend.

What You Will Own

  • Revenue & Contribution Margin Analysis: Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly revenue performance across channels and geographies. Monitor contribution margin (CM) against forecast and plan. Identify and quantify the drivers of CM volatility — including refunds, CAC shifts, discount depth, and channel mix. Measure impact rigorously. Not just describe trends — explain what changed, why, and what it means financially.
  • Acquisition & Channel Economics: Partner with Paid Media and Growth teams to deliver deep channel-level analysis. Model refund-adjusted CAC and true contribution margin by channel. Evaluate channel quality through LTV, refund behavior, and cohort retention. Identify when to scale, rebalance, or cut channels based on unit economics — not surface metrics.
  • Refund & Cohort Intelligence: Build and maintain cohort-based refund curves and payback views. Distinguish between structural shifts in refund behavior and timing artifacts. Quantify the financial impact of policy, pricing, or operational changes. Translate analytical findings into clear operational recommendations.
  • Forecasting & Demand Monitoring: Support the build and maintenance of 30/60/90-day revenue forecasts. Implement monitoring frameworks to detect early shifts in demand and performance. Proactively flag anomalies and emerging risks. Support scenario modeling for promotions, pricing experiments, and seasonal shifts.
  • Executive-Level Reporting & Decision Support: Build dashboards that matter. Surface the right metrics for leadership — contribution margin, revenue vs plan, channel efficiency, payback windows. Keep reporting simple, focused, and decision-oriented.

Data Stack & Tooling

You should have hands-on experience with most of the following:

  • Data Warehouse: Google BigQuery
  • BI / Visualization: Looker Studio (or similar BI tools)
  • SQL: Advanced proficiency required (joins, window functions, cohort logic, modeling)
  • Familiarity with performance marketing data (Meta, Google Ads, Shopify, etc.)
  • AI / Developer Productivity Tools: Experience working with modern AI-powered development tools (e.g., cloud-based agents, Cursor, or similar), leveraging them to accelerate SQL development, data modeling, documentation, and analytics workflows within a production data environment.

You do not need to be a data engineer — but you must be comfortable working within a modern analytics stack and partnering closely with a Data Engineer.

What Good Looks Like (First 6 Months)

  • You can independently break down a revenue drop into its drivers within 24 hours.
  • You instinctively model tradeoffs (e.g., lower CAC but higher refund rate).
  • You proactively flag anomalies before they become problems.
  • You translate analysis into clear recommendations.
  • Growth leaders rely on your insights to make allocation decisions.

What We’re Looking For:

Technical
  • 5+ years of proven experience in marketing analytics or a related field.
  • Advanced SQL.
  • Experience working in BigQuery or similar warehouse environments.
  • Experience building executive-ready dashboards in Looker Studio (or similar).
  • Hands-on experience working with AI-assisted coding environments such as cloud-based code agents, Cursor, or similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce unit economics.
  • Experience analyzing performance marketing funnels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Business
  • You think in contribution margin, not just revenue.
  • You understand CAC, LTV, refunds, and tradeoffs.
  • You are hypothesis-driven.
  • You quantify impact.
  • You make clear recommendations.

Behavioral
  • High ownership.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Decisive.
  • Clear communicator.
  • Proactive — you don’t wait to be asked.

This Role Is Not For You If

  • You prefer purely descriptive analysis.
  • You need tightly defined problem statements.
  • You are uncomfortable making tradeoff recommendations.
  • You see yourself primarily as a reporting analyst.

Why This Role Matters

This hire will help shape the data foundation of a high-growth DTC brand. The right person will directly influence revenue, contribution margin, and long-term scalability. This is a high-impact seat inside Growth.

Our Core Values

  • WE THINK BIG: We have a forward-thinking, growth mindset and always consider the big picture in our decisions
  • PROACTIVE PROBLEM SOLVER: We use our problem-solving and analytical skills to make data-informed decisions
