Inside Sales Supervisor
We’re hiring an Inside Sales Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our inside sales team at IRE. The role involves leading the team, ensuring documentation accuracy, and aligning activities with sales objectives.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the team: Supervise inside sales staff, hold team meetings, and manage workload distribution.
- Improve quality: Ensure complete, accurate, and compliant inquiry and quote processes.
- Drive performance: Monitor conversion rates, call activity, and lead progression to meet targets.
- Support improvement: Utilize data analytics to identify trends and streamline processes.
- Engage stakeholders: Manage complex customer and supplier interactions requiring supervisory input.
What Makes You a Fit
A minimum of 3 years managing a sales team, a Bachelor’s degree (preferred), proficiency in Epicor ERP and HubSpot CRM (or equivalent), strong data and process management skills, excellent organizational abilities, and familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Copilot. Candidates should be based in or able to commute to JAFZA, with a UAE driver’s license as an advantage.
