About the role
Quant Dealer - Institutional Client Execution | HFT | Front Office
We’re hiring a Quant Dealer - a sharp, calm-under-pressure dealer with a quant edge to run high-frequency/ algorithmic execution for institutional clients and keep improving the execution engine.
What you’ll do
- Execute client flow using HFT/ algo execution (low-latency, real-time decisioning)
- Own execution quality: slippage, fill-rates, impact, spread capture
- Work with quants/devs (and code yourself where needed) to build + tune algos (VWAP/TWAP/adaptive)
- Interface with institutional clients: clear updates, market color, execution plans
- Thrive in fast markets - quick decisions, clean processes, zero panic
