The Financial Analyst supports the Associate Director of FP&A for Real World Solutions (RWCS) in EMEA. This crucial role involves providing financial control over EMEA RWCS and Overhead offerings, including comprehensive cost center management, detailed preparation and control of forecasts/budgets, and the diligent setting and review of cost and billing rates. The Financial Analyst acts as a primary point of contact for service leads and geographical cluster finance teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify and manage current cost center setups for in-scope resources (FTE), creating new cost centers in SAP and PS as needed.
• Execute FTE transfers in Workday, verifying payroll accounting entries and managing resource movement.
• Establish and maintain forecast reviews using the Workforce Planning Tool, implementing changes from regular FTE and resource forecasting reviews.
• Review non-compensation cash cost postings, preparing accounting journals for monthly close, including accrual and prepaid expense reviews.
• Review and adjust cost and billing rates, ensuring accurate updates in MDM and PSA systems.
• Execute FTE transfers between Global Business Units (GBU), Regional Business Units (RBU), or within cluster profit centers.
• Conduct monthly cost reviews by nature/function and sub-offerings for in-scope FTEs, highlighting major changes and potential issues.
• Control and/or complete the planning process for all in-scope FTEs and functions.
• Ensure strict compliance with internal financial accounting procedures and policies relevant to the role's scope.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in accounting or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Solid knowledge of General Ledger accounting principles.
• Proficiency in finance modules of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems such as SAP and PeopleSoft.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Demonstrated technical accounting skills.
• Excellent analytical and numeracy skills.
• Ability to identify financial issues and implement effective mitigating actions.
• Proven ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple work requirements to meet deadlines consistently.
• Capability to establish and maintain productive working relationships with colleagues, managers, and clients.
