Overview

IQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights and healthcare intelligence. As a Business Analyst, you will be deeply involved in client interactions, gap analysis workshops, requirement gathering, and collaborating with technical and product teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct overview sessions to the client
  • Perform GAP analysis workshops and bridge identified gaps
  • Gather requirements and create BRD documents
  • Collaborate with Technical, Engineering, and Product teams for complex customization and integration
  • Provide guidance to developers on requirements
  • Review configured products to ensure expectations are met
  • Conduct client demo sessions
  • Support clients during CRP and PQ validation
  • Offer hyper care support post implementation
  • Measure project performance to identify improvement areas

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or related field
  • 8+ years of Business Analyst or related experience
  • Exposure to eQMS, Med device or Pharma Industry is an advantage
  • Strong familiarity with product implementation, methodologies, and best practices
  • Experience with full project life cycle (SDLC, agile, Cyclic)
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with VSTS, TFS, JIRA & Confluence
