The Role

The Account Manager Platform Success acts as a strategic partner for high-value clients. You will drive client success, retention, and growth on IQVIA’s Media Operating System by combining deep platform expertise with consultative leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and advocate for senior client relationships
  • Design and execute sophisticated omnichannel campaigns
  • Analyze campaign data to provide actionable insights
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with trading, product, and engineering teams
  • Mentor Account Managers and lead thought leadership initiatives
