Job Description
About the Role
The Account Executive at Account Executive is a key administrative and process support role within a global brand agency. Although not traditionally client-facing, you will support account teams with project coordination, financial documentation, and internal processes.
Key Responsibilities
Project and Client Support (20%):
- Assist with client communications and project tracking.
- Schedule client meetings and review sessions.
- Participate in internal status meetings and maintain action logs.
Administrative and Process Support (80%):
- Create and manage job numbers, purchase orders, supplier forms, and invoices in the new finance system.
- Maintain internal documentation, trackers, budget updates, and project timelines.
- Liaise with finance and production teams to ensure compliance with processes.
- Format and archive key materials for internal and external use.
- Support preparation for internal reviews with agenda drafting and meeting notes management.
- Keep databases and shared folders updated for team efficiency.
Skills & Experience
The ideal candidate is highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with numbers and documentation. Experience with Excel or Google Sheets is important, and familiarity with Salesforce or similar platforms is beneficial. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, a calm approach under pressure, and a positive, solution-oriented mindset are essential.
