Job Overview
The Report Operations Analyst position is responsible for creating, validating, and managing in-depth reports and market analyses for internal and external clients at IQVIA. The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills along with effective communication across various levels of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and validate detailed reports and market analyses.
- Ensure report specifications meet client expectations regarding timeliness and quality.
- Manage creation of client deliverables using Standard Operating Procedures and Coding Best Practices.
- Utilize IQVIA products, internal databases and tools (OLP, TSO/DTSO, IDMS, etc.).
- Translate market/report requirements into client-specific custom Market Definitions.
- Collaborate with various teams (Client Service Analysts, Clinicians, Marketing, etc.).
- Develop training materials, provide training, and document business rules.
Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with minimum 2-3 years in a related function. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel with VLOOKUP and PowerPivot, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) is required. Candidates should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent organization, and time management skills, and the ability to communicate complex concepts in an understandable way. Pharmaceutical experience is highly preferred.
Work Environment
The role operates on a standard 8:00 AM-5:00 PM EST schedule (6:30 PM-3:30 AM IST) with a focus on independent and team-based project work.
