Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Strategy Consultant located in Seoul, South Korea. The Strategy Consultant will be responsible for conducting in-depth analyses, providing strategic insights, and advising clients in the life sciences industry to achieve their business objectives. Daily responsibilities include conducting market and financial analyses, preparing client presentations, engaging with stakeholders, and supporting the development of actionable solutions to complex challenges in healthcare and life sciences. Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and clients will be a key aspect of this role.
Potential Levels
- Associate Consultant: 3–4 years of relevant experience
- Consultant: 5–6 years of relevant experience
- Senior Consultant: 7–9 years of relevant experience
The exact title and level will be discussed and determined based on the candidate’s experience.
Qualifications
- Nationality: Republic of Korea only.
- Strong analytical skills for data interpretation, problem-solving, and strategic decision-making
- Demonstrated experience in consulting and management consulting, including developing and implementing strategies
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and effectively
- Understanding of financial principles and experience in analyzing financial data
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team and stakeholder management skills
- Prior experience in the life sciences or healthcare industry is highly valued
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Healthcare Management, or a related field
- Proficiency in English and Korean is required

- Licensed pharmacist
- Professional experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare companies
