Job Description

This is an hourly contract position and will work with the existing US based Talent Acquisition team in Dallas, TX.

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will identify, attract, and hire qualified candidates to meet the organization’s staffing needs, playing a crucial role in building and maintaining a strong workforce.

What You’ll Do

  • You’ll execute both local and global recruitment strategies to align hiring efforts
  • You’ll screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and schedule follow‑up interviews with hiring teams
  • You’ll manage the candidate pipeline and applicant tracking systems (ATS), ensuring accuracy and compliance with local laws
  • You’ll support the teams in writing and posting job descriptions that follow global guidelines and standards
  • You’ll respond promptly to candidates and participate in job fairs or recruitment events when needed

  • The salary for this position will be dependent on experience and location ($33 - $45/hour)

Qualifications

  • You have three plus years experience in full‑cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employer branding techniques
  • You ideally have prior recruiting experience in investor services or alternative asset space
  • You have the proven ability to source passive talent and maintain related email campaigns
  • You are a critical thinker who enjoys solving problems and demonstrates excellent time management skills
  • You thrive in fast‑paced environments and are comfortable working in a global organization and adapting to change
