The Role: Senior Officer, Fund Administration
As a Senior Officer, Fund Administration, you will be instrumental in validating corporate secretarial deliverables and upholding stringent quality standards. This role involves performing detailed reviews of corporate documentation, supporting complex processes, and acting as a key technical resource. Your primary focus will be on quality assurance and ensuring continuous compliance across all deliverables.
What You Will Do
- Review corporate secretarial documentation and client deliverables, applying relevant regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of client-specific requirements and proactively contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Provide expert technical input on corporate secretarial matters, ensuring strict adherence to established procedures.
- Validate complex corporate filings and records, and conduct thorough reviews of statutory books and records.
- Document review findings and recommendations comprehensively, offering valuable technical input.
- Review operational procedures and actively contribute to the development of best practices within the team.
- Support complex transaction analysis, validating full compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Execute payments, including preparing packs, inputting payments on various banking platforms, and maintaining payment logs.
- Prepare board packs, compiling necessary documents into board intelligence for publication to directors.
- Draft initial minutes and manage investor information updates on client investor portals, including static data management.
- Prepare investor notifications (drawdown notices, capital calls, distribution notices), drafting correspondence and ensuring secure delivery.
- Assist with the completion and resolution of action points arising from periodic reviews.
- Oversee junior staff, providing guidance and effectively managing task delegation.

About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal Management, Chartered Secretary qualification, LL.B (pre-law), Juris Doctor, or equivalent paralegal/related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in corporate secretarial roles.
- Extensive knowledge of relevant corporate and company laws and regulations in the applicable jurisdiction.
- Familiarity with corporate secretarial practices related to funds and special-purpose vehicles.
- Proficiency in CAS systems or similar corporate secretarial software is a significant advantage.
