Job Overview: Senior Associate AML KYC Fund Administration

This role involves verifying and leading AML/KYC reviews at both the investor and investment levels using proprietary software. The candidate coordinates with onshore and offshore teams, manages client communications, supports multiple Private Equity funds and drives process improvements while ensuring accurate record keeping and team performance. The position requires US-based candidates working Eastern or Central Time zone hours in New York/New Jersey, Chicago, Dallas, or Houston.

What You’ll Do

  • Verify and lead AML/KYC reviews using proprietary software.
  • Coordinate with onshore and offshore teams to manage workflows.
  • Support Private Equity clients with routine and ad-hoc requests.
  • Oversee offshore resources ensuring process adherence.
  • Enhance operational effectiveness and improve record keeping.

What We Offer

Qualifications

  • Minimum two years experience in private equity, AML/KYC or related roles.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in high-volume environments.
  • Excellent professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines while collaborating in teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word with experience managing offshore resources.
