Role Overview

The Admin Officer - Legal Documentation and Marketing Support will assist the Fund Legal and Structuring department with all fund documentation tasks and support the Marketing & Distribution department with administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage documentation including LPA/AoI, Agreements, AIFM Agreement, Investment Management Agreement, Investment Advisory Agreement, Depo. Agreement, Admin. Agreement, Distribution and Marketing Agreement, Annex IV agreement, C Agreement, AML on assets Agreement, and Annual and Semi-Annual reports.
  • Gather, name, file, and log fund documentation in compliance with internal procedures.
  • Ensure all documentation is current and support signature processes (DocuSign and IQonnect).
  • Assist in preparing execution versions, amendments, and sub-fund documents after training.
  • Review marketing communications for compliance with guidelines.
  • Maintain and update the virtual data room for prospective investors.

Qualifications

  • Master/Bachelor in Law or equivalent degree.
  • Minimum of 2 years administrative experience, preferably in a legal or documentation role.
  • Proficient in verbal and written English; additional languages advantageous.
  • Excellent teamwork, organization, attention to detail, and initiative skills.
  • Good command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
