About Ipsilon Group
In Ipsilon Group's independent venture project, the product concept has been established, and the foundations have been laid. The current focus is on developing this into a well-functioning, scalable digital product.
In this next phase, a key role is available for someone who can organize, prioritize, and further build upon an existing product direction.
About the Position
As a Senior Product Manager, you will hold end-to-end responsibility for the continuous development and market readiness of the product. The concept is given, and the direction is clear – your task is to transform this into a structured roadmap, focused development, and deliver genuine user value.
Main Responsibilities
- Interpreting, clarifying, and further developing the existing product concept.
- Concretizing and prioritizing the product vision and roadmap.
- Validating user and business problems.
- Operating discovery and delivery processes.
- Owning the backlog with a strong business and user focus.
- Collaborating closely with the CEO, CTO, and the development team.
- Further developing the MVP and managing iterations.
- Supporting go-to-market strategies from a product perspective.
- Initially providing hands-on product leadership, with future opportunities for team building.
What We Look For
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Manager (project manager experience is a plus).
- Experience in digital product development (go-to-market experience is a plus).
- Experience working on digital products built on existing concepts.
- Strong skills in prioritization and maintaining focus.
- Customer- and solution-focused mindset.
- Structured thinking while being adaptable to change.
- Ability to make independent decisions and take responsibility for them.
