About the Role
As an Apulaisravintolapäällikkö at IPI Kulmakuppila, you will be comprehensively responsible for the operations of the Ipi cafe. This role involves acting as the immediate supervisor for the staff, guiding both personnel and business operations in line with Ipi's operational model.
Ipi Cafe serves as a training ground for individuals requiring special support, and we employ people with intellectual disabilities. Therefore, guiding and supporting them is a fundamental part of your work. In this central role, you will ensure the smooth flow of daily operations and prioritize customer satisfaction. You will guide, assist, and support staff, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and actively participating in customer service.

We are seeking an experienced supervisor who enjoys teaching and guiding others. You should possess an energetic and positive demeanor, approaching cafe management with passion and a desire to develop operations collaboratively with the rest of the staff.
Qualifications
- Relevant industry work experience.
- Barista skills.
- Studies in social or educational fields are advantageous and will support your success in this role.
Work Details
This is a permanent, full-time position, with working hours aligned with the cafe's opening times (112.5 hours / 3 weeks).
