About the Role

Led by a veteran IONOS Engineering Manager, this team operates as a high-speed lab where performance is the absolute priority. We are looking for a hybrid Full-Stack profile capable of navigating the entire ecosystem (Frontend, Backend, and Bridges) with uncommon agility. Your value isn't measured by lines of code, but by how you orchestrate AI to solve complex problems. **Backlog Annihilation:** You are the execution engine that clears technical debt and deploys features at breakneck speed. **Strategic Refactoring:** You will leverage Claude 4.6 and Cursor to crack open "black box" legacy code and transform it into modern, optimized services. **Vertical Slice Prototyping:** You will translate Staff Architects' blueprints into end-to-end functional prototypes in record time. **Digital Archaeology:** You will dive deep into C++ and Linux environments to optimize bridges with the system core.
