Role Overview

This Senior Backend Engineer position requires strong hands-on expertise in Golang and proven experience in Python. You will build scalable backend systems, design APIs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on an AI project. You will own backend services end-to-end and communicate technical decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience as a backend engineer
• Strong expertise with Golang in production environments
• Solid experience with Python
• Proficiency in PostgreSQL, including schema design and query performance tuning
• Hands-on experience with AWS services for building and scaling applications
• Solid understanding of system design, API architecture, and best practices
• Strong English communication skills (Minimum B2 level proficiency)
• Application and CV must be in English
• Based in Latin America
