Role Summary

INXY Payments is seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to join our growing and professional team. This crucial role involves driving business growth by leading end-to-end software delivery with predictable execution, strong cross-team alignment, and business-driven releases. This is a high-impact position for a professional with a deep understanding of software delivery and a proven track record in program and cross-team delivery management.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead and coordinate software delivery teams, ensuring predictable execution and timely releases.
• Manage large projects and cross-team initiatives, covering planning, milestones, dependencies, and delivery tracking.
• Drive cross-functional coordination across all departments involved in delivery.
• Facilitate Agile processes and ceremonies (Scrum, Kanban, hybrid), continuously improving delivery flow and team alignment.
• Own risk, issue, and dependency management: identify, mitigate, escalate, and keep stakeholders informed.
• Build and maintain roadmaps and delivery plans, aligning scope, priorities, and timelines with business goals.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager / Delivery Manager (or similar role) in a software development environment.
• Solid hands-on understanding of Agile delivery (Scrum, Kanban, hybrid) and the ability to adapt processes to the team and context.
• Strong understanding of SDLC (from planning and execution to release and post-release support).
• Proven skills in team coordination and facilitation: aligning engineers, product, and stakeholders, removing blockers, and maintaining predictable delivery.
• Product thinking: ability to understand goals, value, and priorities, and help teams deliver the most important outcomes.
• Confident user of Jira, Confluence (and similar tools) for planning, tracking progress, and maintaining clear documentation.
• Strong risk & dependency management: including mitigation plans, escalation, and change control when scope/time/quality shifts.
• English B2+ proficiency.

Nice to have:

• Technical background in software development, QA, or DevOps.
• Experience in fintech and/or blockchain/crypto products.

Location and Work Model

This position is remote, with a preference for candidates based in Europe.
