About The Role

The Director of Quality is responsible for ensuring our AI training and multilingual data operations meet the highest standards of accuracy, consistency, cultural relevance, and linguistic excellence. You will oversee human-in-the-loop workflows, advanced multilingual processes, drive client relationships, and spearhead strategy development through Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage large accounts and portfolios with dedicated teams.
  • Oversee team design, capacity planning, and talent strategy.
  • Lead client discovery, scope new opportunities, and manage escalations.
  • Create reports using operational metrics, financials, and eNPS scores.
  • Set OKRs and lead Monthly Business Reviews with senior stakeholders.

What We Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Computer Science, Linguistics, or related field.
  • 5+ years experience in quality assurance, service delivery, or operations.
  • Expertise in language QA, linguistic quality, cultural adaptation, and multilingual projects.
  • Experience in agile environments and project management tools.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts is a plus.
