Key Objectives

- Assist in organizing meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining documentation.
Responsibilities
- Handle email management, calendar scheduling, and appointment coordination.
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports as needed.
- Assist with data entry, record keeping, and file organization.
- Coordinate virtual meetings, including sending invites and managing logistics.
- Support internal communication by drafting and distributing updates.
- Conduct basic research and compile information for projects.
- Manage travel arrangements and expense tracking when required.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure deadlines and priorities are met.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
