Job Overview
The Technical Solutions Consultant role is critical in implementing and sustaining digital solutions across hospital systems. As a trusted advisor, you will lead technical implementations from pre-sales through activation and long-term sustainability.
Essential Job Duties
- Strategic Account Engagement: Collaborate with sales teams to engage regional IDNs and hospital IT stakeholders.
- Technology Adoption: Navigate hospital technical review boards, data governance, and networking teams with compelling presentations.
- Post-Go-Live Management: Ensure digital solution adoption through proactive support and intervention.
- Enabling Success: Prepare field service teams with accurate documentation and validated configurations.
- Feedback for Improvement: Relay technical insights to Product and Engineering teams for continuous improvement.
- Continuous Learning: Develop personal technical and strategic capabilities in relevant technologies and stakeholder management.
Qualifications
- 6+ years in medical technology implementation, IT consulting, or digital transformation.
- Strong understanding of cloud-hosted SaaS platforms, healthcare data security, and networking infrastructure.
- Experience in account management and excellent communication skills across various stakeholder levels.
- Bachelor's Degree required.
Working Conditions
This role is designed for remote work with flexibility in schedule and travel up to 25%. Occasional entry into surgical and patient care areas is required.
