About the UX/UI Designer Role at Intuitech

Join Intuitech's dynamic team of 10 designers as our next creative and talented UX/UI Designer. In this role, you will take ownership of the entire design process, from initial user research to crafting comprehensive web and mobile designs that meet both client and user needs.

Your Future Tasks

• Follow and apply UX/UI market trends, especially in mobile and web development.
• Create UX/UI designs for mobile and web applications, focusing on client and user needs, while considering technical criteria.
• Design interfaces for mobile applications and responsive web apps, including prototyping.
• Collaborate closely with the development team, particularly with Business Analysts and Product Owners.
• Maintain and improve the Design System, customizing it for various project requirements.
• Plan and conduct user research and testing effectively.

What Intuitech Expects From You

• Possess 2-3 years of relevant UX/UI design experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency in all steps of UX research, applying methods judiciously per project.
• Exhibit strong ownership of your design work.
• Expertise in building and managing a design system using Figma.
• Some experience with native mobile application designs is preferred.
• Ability to create clickable prototypes and conduct user tests.
• Seamless collaboration with developers and business teams.
• Openness to constructive feedback and confidence in providing it professionally.
• Capability to defend design decisions while considering diverse opinions.
• Proficiency in Hungarian for internal communication.
• At least intermediate English for international clients.

Big Pluses

• Prior experience creating UX/UI designs within the financial sector.
• Comfortable communicating with clients and presenting design ideas effectively.
