Overview
We’re hiring a data-driven and customer-obsessed Senior Customer Experience Professional to lead growth and retention performance insights across our Canada and LATAM regions while influencing strategy globally.
What You Bring
You have 7+ years in customer experience, analytics, performance insights, or strategic operations ideally in SaaS or fintech. You possess strong experience with tools such as Looker, Tableau, SQL, Amplitude, or Pendo, along with a deep understanding of key metrics including cohort retention, activation curves, and value realization. You are skilled at communicating insights and influencing cross-functional stakeholders, with experience in international markets, especially Canada and LATAM. A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is required.
Role Impact and Responsibilities
Growth & Retention Insights Leadership:
- Develop reporting frameworks tracking onboarding, activation, and renewal.
- Analyze data to identify friction points, success signals, and churn risks.
- Create insights that inform product priorities and CX initiatives.
Strategic Influence Across International:
- Partner with International and global CS leaders to shape strategy.
- Share best practices and insights across regions.
- Drive alignment on shared success metrics.
Operationalize Data for Action:
- Collaborate with analytics teams for data integrity and dashboard creation.
- Design mechanisms to track initiative impact over time.
- Help teams prioritize based on performance trends and customer signals.
Empower a Customer-Centered Culture:
- Bring customer insights to life through effective storytelling.
- Assist teams in focusing on high impact customer actions.
- Contribute to business reviews and strategy sessions with a performance lens.
