Business Development Trainee
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Business Development Trainee (BDT) to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. This role is perfect for freshers or early-career professionals who are eager to start a rewarding journey in sales, communication, and client relationship management within the fast-growing EdTech sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive weekly and monthly revenue growth by promoting IntrnForte technology training programs.
- Make proactive outbound calls to potential learners, understand their career goals, and recommend suitable programs.
- Convert leads into successful enrollments and consistently meet daily and weekly targets.
- Manage pre-sales conversations to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales data.
What We're Looking For
- Freshers or candidates with 6 months of any sales experience.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Goal-oriented with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
- Comfortable with telesales and client interactions.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Basic computer proficiency with working knowledge of MS Office.
