Regional Quality Manager
Intertek Global is seeking a Regional Quality Manager for our Building & Construction team. The role supports our laboratories in Mississauga, Coquitlam, and Winnipeg, with flexibility for remote work and travel as required.
Responsibilities
- Provide managerial oversight for B&C Products Quality functions
- Coordinate and conduct internal, vendor, and accreditation audits
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and lab SOPs
- Develop, coordinate, and deliver annual Quality training
- Mentor and develop staff and manage work allocation
- Organize controlled documents electronically as the gatekeeper
- Participate in proficiency testing and quality-related industry organizations
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor’s preferred
- 7+ years of quality experience; 2-3 years management experience desirable
- Familiarity with 3rd party accreditations and auditing
- ASQ certification is a plus
- Strong communication, leadership, and technical skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and travel as needed
