Regional Quality Manager

Intertek Global is seeking a Regional Quality Manager for our Building & Construction team. The role supports our laboratories in Mississauga, Coquitlam, and Winnipeg, with flexibility for remote work and travel as required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide managerial oversight for B&C Products Quality functions
  • Coordinate and conduct internal, vendor, and accreditation audits
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and lab SOPs
  • Develop, coordinate, and deliver annual Quality training
  • Mentor and develop staff and manage work allocation
  • Organize controlled documents electronically as the gatekeeper
  • Participate in proficiency testing and quality-related industry organizations

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor’s preferred
  • 7+ years of quality experience; 2-3 years management experience desirable
  • Familiarity with 3rd party accreditations and auditing
  • ASQ certification is a plus
  • Strong communication, leadership, and technical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and travel as needed
