Manufactured Housing Project Manager
Intertek is seeking a Project Manager to join our Building & Construction team in our Coquitlam, BC office. In this role, you will support the sales team, conduct technical inspections, and ensure compliance with North American Building Codes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to the sales team to scope new projects.
- Conduct drawing reviews and approvals for factory-built structures.
- Perform engineering evaluations to ensure code conformity.
- Visit manufacturing facilities for Quality Control Audits and Technical Inspections.
- Develop in-plant Quality Control Programs and manuals.
- Assemble Certification Listing Reports from audit data.
- Conduct code evaluations and production process reviews.
- Attend technical and industry association meetings.
- Travel to client sites across North America and occasionally overseas.
Salary & Benefits
The salary range is $90K-$110K per year with competitive benefits including paid time off, holidays, comprehensive insurance, RRSP with company match, and tuition reimbursement.
