About the Role

As a Technical Product Specialist Middle East at InterSystems, you will lead healthcare system implementations across the Middle East. Collaborate with regional and global teams to design and support innovative digital health solutions that meet regulatory requirements and clinical needs.

What You’ll Do

Product Discovery & Design: Collaborate with project, product, and pre-sales teams to analyze customer requirements, design tailored solutions, participate in workshops, scope integrations, reports, migrations, and technical components, and estimate development and configuration efforts.

Implementation & Delivery: Develop and test integrations, data migration scripts, reports, and configuration tools using modern technologies. Work in agile sprints alongside configuration, QA, and services teams to ensure rapid and reliable delivery through debugging and root-cause analysis.

Go-Live & Support: Support cutover planning, on-site go-live activities, handovers to support teams, and provide third-line support as necessary, while evaluating changes during product evolution.

Collaboration & Enablement: Act as a trusted technical advisor, mentor team members, contribute to workflow improvements, and represent InterSystems professionally at customer sites and partner locations.

What You Bring

Proficiency in software development, scripting, and technical solution design. Hands-on experience with SQL, JavaScript, HTML, and web technologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication and facilitation abilities. Experience working directly with customers and external stakeholders is essential.

Nice to Have

Experience with InterSystems technology or healthcare systems, knowledge of HIE standards like HL7 or FHIR, independent problem-solving in ambiguous situations, multilingual abilities (English plus Arabic or French), and familiarity with GCC healthcare regulations.
