Sales Enablement Manager Role

This position plays a critical role in driving the success of our go-to-market teams. With experience in SaaS or EdTech, you will design, implement, and manage enablement programs including new hire onboarding and ongoing training. Your role aligns enablement initiatives with business objectives to boost customer engagement, accelerate deal cycles, and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Build and lead onboarding programs to accelerate productivity.
  • Develop ongoing training initiatives covering product knowledge and sales methodology.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product for consistent messaging.
  • Manage and optimize the sales enablement tech stack (Salesforce, Salesloft, Highspot, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Measure program effectiveness with KPIs like ramp time and quota attainment.
  • Coach sales leaders and reps on best practices.
  • Ensure cross-functional alignment with go-to-market strategies.

Who You Are

You are an enablement professional with proven experience in sales enablement or related roles, preferably within SaaS or EdTech. You are a strategic thinker who is comfortable designing programs, delivering training, and coaching teams. You possess a data-driven approach, technical proficiency with sales tools, and a collaborative spirit.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement or related roles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Understanding of sales methodologies in B2B SaaS environments.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
  • Familiarity with sales metrics and analytics.

Process & Screening

If your background fits, you'll be asked to submit a short intro video. Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. and are subject to background checks, I-9 verification, and drug and alcohol testing.

Compensation & Benefits

OTE: $130k-$150k (includes base salary of $110k-$130k plus eligibility for a $20k bonus). Enjoy remote-first work hours, multiple office options, annual learning reimbursement, comprehensive benefits, PTO, and equity options.
