Job Description

The Opportunity

International Workplace Group is embarking on an unprecedented expansion, scaling from 5,000 to 50,000 locations, and from 10 million to 100 million customers, across 125 countries.

As we execute this ambitious growth strategy, we are seeking a transformational Chief Administration Officer to reimagine and lead all administrative operations across our global enterprise.

This is a rare opportunity to architect the administrative foundation for the world's largest and fastest-growing workspace providers. You will lead a team of 2,000+ professionals and take ownership of the entire administrative engine that enables seamless operations across thousands of locations worldwide.

The Role

As Chief Administration Officer, you will be a key member of the leadership team responsible for transforming how IWG delivers administrative excellence at scale. This role requires a visionary leader who can balance operational rigour with innovation, building systems and teams capable of supporting exponential growth.

Enterprise Administration Leadership

  • Take full ownership of all administrative operations across the IWG group.
  • Create a unified administrative framework through shared services that supports operations at group, country, and centre levels, delivering consistency, efficiency, and exceptional service.

Transformation & Re-engineering

  • Reimagine and redesign administrative operations to support our expansion from 10 million to 100 million customers.
  • Lead large-scale transformation initiatives that fundamentally change how we deliver administrative services, eliminating legacy inefficiencies and building scalable, future-ready operating models.
  • Drive continuous improvement culture and operational excellence across the entire administrative function.

Technology & Digital Innovation

  • Champion the digital transformation of administrative operations through strategic deployment of ERP systems, automation platforms, artificial intelligence, and advanced analytics.
  • Partner with technology teams to implement cutting-edge solutions that dramatically improve speed, accuracy, and scalability while reducing costs and manual effort.

Organisation Building & Talent Leadership

  • Build, develop, and inspire a global team of 2,000+ administrative professionals across countries and functions.
  • Create a high-performance culture focused on service excellence, innovation, and continuous learning.
  • Develop the next generation of operational leaders capable of supporting IWG's long-term ambitions.

What We're Looking For

Experience & Track Record

A proven leader with experience in transforming operations in complex, multi-site, international organisations. You have successfully led large-scale operational transformations, implemented shared services models, and managed substantial teams across geographies.

Transformation Capability

You are energised by the challenge of re-engineering operations to support hyper-growth. You have a demonstrated ability to take apart existing operating models and rebuild them for the future, balancing quick wins with sustainable long-term solutions.

Technology Vision

You understand how technology can transform administrative operations and have successfully led significant digital transformation initiatives. You are comfortable partnering with IT teams and can articulate the business case for technology investments.

Leadership at Scale

You have built and led large, geographically dispersed teams and know how to create alignment, accountability, and engagement across diverse cultures and time zones.

Strategic Partnership

You operate as a true business partner, understanding that administrative excellence is a competitive advantage. You work collaboratively with the CEO and their executive team to support strategic decision-making and operational success.

Expected Impact

This is your opportunity to build something extraordinary, creating the administrative infrastructure for a company serving 100 million customers worldwide.

You will have the mandate, resources, and executive support to fundamentally transform how a global enterprise operates, touching every aspect of the business and directly enabling IWG's ambitious growth trajectory.
