Position Overview
This national, multi-million-dollar Home Study and Post-Release Services (HSPRS) project focuses on unaccompanied children in the U.S. The Casework Supervisor HSPRS role provides trauma-informed supervision to Senior Caseworkers (Level 2) and advises Crisis Case Managers (Level 3). This position is on a 36-month contract ending on 09/30/2026. Initially open to internal candidates until 9/16, later open to all candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise 4-6 Senior Caseworkers and advise Crisis Case Managers.
- Review documentation and monitor case management for quality and adherence.
- Serve as escalation point for complex cases and liaise with external agencies.
- Ensure proper onboarding, ongoing training, and staff meetings.
- Monitor data, write monthly reports, and maintain accurate records.
- Act as community liaison and build networks with service providers.
- Maintain confidentiality and apply trauma-informed, child-centered approaches.
- Travel approximately 15% as required.
Job Requirements
- Master’s degree in behavioral, human or social services or Bachelor’s with 3+ years supervision and case management experience.
- Experience in Home Study and Post-Release Services case management preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, Zoom.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Background checks and clearances required.
Working Environment & Compensation
Variable work schedule including evenings/weekends and remote work with a dedicated workspace if not in an IRC office. Pay range for US-based candidates is $68,614 - $78,416.16 with a comprehensive benefits package.
