Overview

As a Case Coordination Caseworker, you will provide trauma-informed services and comprehensive case management to support positive client integration and self-sufficiency.
Core Service Delivery
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting intakes to assess client needs and develop self-sufficiency plans.
- Providing direct support, referrals and advocacy to overcome barriers.
- Assisting clients with accessing community services that fit their profiles.
- Maintaining a reduced caseload with comprehensive case management.
- Managing referrals for ORR-eligible and TANF-eligible clients.
Documentation, Data & Compliance
You will be responsible for accurate documentation of client interactions, data entry into case management systems, and compliance with IRC policies and donor requirements.
Outreach & Partnerships
This role involves collaborating with service providers, community organizations, and refugee-serving agencies to strengthen referral networks and resources.
Team & Volunteer Engagement
You will work closely with supervisors and colleagues, participate in trainings, and potentially train volunteers and interns.
Additional Responsibilities
Must be willing to travel using a personal or public vehicle, adhere to IRC policies and Child Safeguarding standards, and perform other related duties.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field (preferred) or equivalent experience.
Experience: Minimum 2 years in case management with experience supporting vulnerable populations.
Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to work independently and in teams.
Language: Proficiency in English required; bilingual skills are a plus.
Certificates: Valid driver’s license, active insurance policy, and eligibility for a fingerprint clearance card per Arizona state law.
