Role Overview

The Fund Administration Specialist is responsible for delivering effective client service and managing day-to-day customer interactions. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, execute trade instructions, and provide comprehensive reporting and issue resolution.

Role Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day client service delivery focusing on relationship building.
  • Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure accurate trade executions.
  • Execute domestic trade instructions from standard to complex transactions.
  • Provide detailed reporting on service performance and quality metrics.
  • Engage in special projects and process improvement initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a financial services back office.
  • Post-secondary education in a related discipline.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
  • Experience in mutual fund processing and administrative functions.
