About the Role
As a Business Development Coordinator - Corporate, Government & Events, you will provide high-quality administrative support to the Business Development team. Your duties include fielding enquiry calls and emails, coordinating proposals, managing schedules and meetings, processing expense claims, and supporting travel management.

- Support travel management and expense claims.
- Maintain database and prepare reports.
- Assist internal and external client communications.
Required Skills & Experience
You must be well organized, detail-oriented and experienced in delivering administrative outputs in a fast-paced environment. A minimum of 2 years' experience in the business events industry is desired along with a working knowledge of MS Office and preferably Momentus Technologies.
