Sales Ambassador

Lush is seeking a Casual Sales Ambassador to work 0-19 hours per week. As a Sales Ambassador, you will excel in product and brand knowledge, provide exceptional customer consultations, and deliver product demonstrations to create memorable experiences for every shopper.

Responsibilities

Sales and Customer Experience: Exceed daily sales goals using StoreForce dashboard insights and customer feedback. Deliver a world-class customer experience by actively listening to customer needs and providing personalized product recommendations.

Building the Brand: Educate customers on Lush values including ethical buying, 100% vegetarian products, Handmade, and Naked Packaging. Engage the community through in-store events and parties.

Product Passion: Constantly update your product knowledge and demonstrate the unique benefits of Lush products.

Team Involvement

Utilize available resources to enhance your sales techniques while fostering a supportive, inclusive, and collaborative team environment. Embrace and promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) in daily operations.

Operational Excellence

Maintain punctuality and adhere to company policies regarding attendance, store visuals, merchandising, and inventory management. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and company procedures.

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business
  • Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Preferred: Experience in consultation-based service, teamwork, and cross-cultural collaboration; fluency in Spanish, French, or other languages
