As part of an award-winning team, the General Liability and Auto Claims Adjuster III will investigate, evaluate, and adjust general and auto liability claims.

Primary Responsibilities

The claims adjuster is responsible for:

  • Investigating and analyzing personal, casualty, and property claims.
  • Corresponding with medical specialists, agents, and claimants.
  • Calculating benefit payments and approving claims within limits.
  • Inspecting property, gathering evidence, and reviewing policy details.
  • Managing case records in SIMS and/or Renaissance systems.
  • Supporting litigation management by collating evidence for court.

Requirements

Candidates should have:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
  • At least three years of claims experience in insurance or related fields.
  • Experience using Microsoft applications and video conferencing tools such as Teams and Zoom.
  • Experience with claims management software or ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
