Who You Will Work With
As the Product Enablement Specialist, you will support the Product Enablement Services Lead in driving strategy, adoption, and modernization of Interac’s Foundational Services including API Management, Gateway modernization, Ingress/Egress, and Extranet platform evolution. You will work with teams across Platform Engineering, Architecture, and Product to ensure clear and effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
What You Will Do
- Partner with Platform Engineering, Architecture, and Product Leads to define and execute modernization roadmaps.
- Support migration planning and adoption efforts for new API gateways and Ingress/Egress patterns.
- Clarify requirements, write user stories, and maintain a prioritized work backlog.
- Guide product lines through onboarding, integration patterns, security expectations, and SLAs.
- Collaborate with security and CIAM teams ensuring compliance with OAuth/OIDC, mTLS, and API governance.
- Create communication artifacts such as service onboarding guides, release notes, and FAQs.
- Coordinate with external vendors to meet architectural and operational requirements.
What You Bring
3–5 years of experience in a similar role or related field. You have technical product management or development experience, with the ability to distill complex technical concepts into structured communication for non-technical stakeholders. Familiarity with API Gateways (Kong, Axway, Apigee, AWS API Gateway) and API Management concepts is required. Prior experience writing user stories, backlog items, and platform release notes is essential, as is strong stakeholder engagement.
Nice to Have
Experience with Extranet or customer-facing portal services and familiarity with platform frameworks is a plus.

The hiring range for this position is $105K-$130K with eligibility for a short-term incentive plan.
