Cyber Security Analyst

Job Responsibilities

The Cyber Security Analyst is accountable for the implementation of IT Security Operations and Compliance policies in a global environment. Key responsibilities include managing internal and external audits, continuous monitoring with SIEM systems, and developing security policies.

• Manage internal/external audits and security assessments.
• Monitor and respond to SIEM and EDR security alerts.
• Develop policies, standards, processes, and guidelines for security monitoring.
• Provide expertise on regulations and frameworks like ISO27001, PCI, HIPAA, and NIST.
• Perform incident analysis and manage escalation protocols.
• Support 24/7 SOC operations including shift work and on-call duties.
• Create customized client reports and participate in staff meetings.

Qualifications

Candidates must have a minimum of 4 years in IT security roles, a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, and extensive knowledge of security management frameworks, networking fundamentals, and incident response. Experience in call centers and strong communication skills in English are required.
