IntelliHuman is building decision intelligence for regulated industries, starting with insurance. Our platform captures expert judgment and turns it into scalable reasoning systems that improve consistency, outcomes, and operational leverage across organizations.
We are currently bootstrapped and pre-revenue, with active conversations in the insurance market, and are looking for a co-founder to help drive the next phase of growth. This is an equity-based opportunity initially, with compensation transitioning as the company scales.
The Opportunity: Co-Founder, Insurance & Enterprise GTM
IntelliHuman.AI seeks a visionary Co-Founder, Insurance & Enterprise GTM to spearhead growth and market penetration. This pivotal role offers ground-floor ownership and direct influence in shaping a new category in insurance decision intelligence.
What We’re Looking For
We are open to candidates from one of the following backgrounds:
- Senior claims or underwriting leadership (carrier, TPA, or MGA)
- Enterprise SaaS or technology sales into insurance
- Insurance operations transformation or consulting leadership
The ideal partner brings deep industry credibility, strong relationships, and the ability to help translate real operational problems into scalable solutions.
Responsibilities
- Help shape product direction based on real market needs
- Lead customer discovery and pilot engagements
- Build relationships with insurers, TPAs, and MGAs
- Contribute to go-to-market strategy and positioning
- Work closely with the founder on company strategy and growth
