The Role: Founding Sales Development Representative

This is a ground-floor opportunity to build Intelligems' outbound sales engine as our first Sales Development Representative. You will shape how we identify, engage, and qualify prospects at a rapidly growing e-commerce SaaS company. You will be the primary point of contact for many future customers, assisting Shopify merchants in optimizing their businesses through experimentation and personalization.

What You'll Do

  • Build and execute outbound campaigns targeting e-commerce brands and Shopify merchants via cold email, cold calling, social outreach, and in-person events.
  • Research and identify high-potential prospects, understanding their business challenges and how Intelligems can provide solutions.
  • Qualify inbound leads by assessing prospect needs and determining their fit with our offerings.
  • Book qualified meetings for Account Executives and ensure seamless handoffs.
  • Iterate and improve our outbound playbook by testing messaging, sequences, and targeting strategies.
  • Maintain meticulous CRM hygiene in HubSpot, tracking all activities and pipeline progress.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to share prospect insights and refine our go-to-market strategy.
