About the Role - Product Analyst, Customer Experience

Work with the Commercial Software team to drive product innovation and enhance user experience. You will design and wireframe new product features, collaborate with back-end and front-end developers, and work directly with users and clients to gather requirements and resolve issues.

  • Design and wireframe new features.
  • Collaborate with development teams.
  • Gather requirements and test product updates.
  • Resolve issues with timely decisions.
  • Utilize SQL and programming logic for troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

Interact with clients via phone or email, train and support client use, monitor engagement, and execute strategies for relationship development. Document bugs, test functionalities and maintain an expert understanding of Intellifi’s products and best practices.

Requirements

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with prompt engineering and AI tools.
  • Proficiency with Figma, PowerPoint, or other UX tools.
  • Minimum of 2 years in a product or customer-facing role.
  • Strong technological background and experience in a SaaS or tech environment.
