Overview

The Senior Business Analyst at IntelliDyne plays a critical role in analyzing, designing, and optimizing complex IT systems. You will provide high-level functional systems analysis, design integration, and implementation advice while engaging with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Technical Knowledge & Analysis:

  • Provide expert technical analysis of specialized applications.
  • Conduct high-level systems analysis and design integration.
  • Evaluate business needs and document automated solutions.

System Design & Implementation:

  • Apply advanced mathematical methods for technical problem solving.
  • Recommend and implement automation and optimization solutions.
  • Guide system documentation and technical development processes.

Specialized Systems & Functional Areas:

  • Collaborate with senior consultants on system improvement and maintenance.
  • Support integration and evaluation of new and legacy technologies.
  • Advise on IT specialties including architecture, networking, and risk management.

Client Engagement & Support:

  • Work directly with government clients to meet business needs.
  • Participate in technical discussions and clarify stakeholder requirements.
  • Provide actionable insights for process and system enhancements.

Collaborative Work Environment:

  • Collaborate with senior consultants, engineers, and project managers.
  • Mentor junior analysts and ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Translate technical details into clear recommendations.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation:

  • Stay updated on IT advancements and technology trends.
  • Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions to improve processes.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of IT analysis experience.
  • Bachelor's in science, engineering, business or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven expertise in solving moderately complex technical problems.
  • Experience in government IT services or regulated environments.
  • Strong understanding of IT systems architecture, networking, and protocols.
  • Proficiency in software development methodologies and risk management.
  • Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
