The Role

The VP, Finance (or Head of Finance) is a key member of the executive team reporting to the CEO. You will partner with the board and investors to strengthen financial foundations and drive operational efficiency for fast-paced global scaling.

Your Responsibilities

• Financial Management & Strategy: Lead financial planning, budgeting, and scenario forecasting. Establish robust processes, internal controls, and reporting standards. Ensure timely financial statements that drive board discussions.
• Investor Relations & Fundraising: Manage investor relations, prepare board materials, and drive fundraising efforts with effective financial modeling and diligence.
• Operational Excellence: Drive efficiency across G&A, achieve disciplined spending, manage vendors, and align financial targets with operational goals.
• Team Leadership & Development: Build and mentor a high-performing finance team while fostering a culture of accountability and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting; MBA, CPA, or ACCA preferred.
• 10+ years finance experience in high-growth startups and structured environments.
• Strong background in FP&A, accounting oversight, cash management, and compliance.
• Proven track record in fundraising, investor relations, and board communication.
• Exceptional modeling, forecasting, and strategic operational skills.
